He is a trial lawyer. That doesn't mean he tries every case he takes. Most are resolved without trial, because opposing parties understand he will litigate his client's rights whenever necessary. He is primarily focused on cases involving injured and disabled people. Those include personal injury cases, workers compensation claims, and social security disability claims. He also accepts wrongful death cases.
Mr. Dawson continues to practice traffic law. It is an area of law, which he enjoys. It allows him opportunities to try more cases, such as DWI, and to appear in Court regularly. He understands that traffic law is unique. It is an area of law which affects important rights, driving privileges, and insurance. It is not uncommon for Mr. Dawson to recover licenses that are permanently suspended. Nor, is it infrequent that he wins impaired driving cases. It's a really good idea to retain him to represent you.
